My maturity is like my Wi-Fi—unstable, but now and then, it delivers something brilliant.

Growing up doesn’t come with a manual—or a medal. You don’t wake up wise one day. You just start seeing what you didn’t know before.

So here’s a short letter to my younger self—and maybe to you, too.

1. “Positive-ish” Thinking Actually Helps

Nope, it’s not magic. Thinking positive doesn’t fix your problems, but it does give you the strength to face them better.
It’s not about ignoring the bad—it’s about believing things can still turn out okay. That belief? It matters.

2. It’s Okay to Not Be Okay

You don’t have to be strong all the time.
Crying? Normal. Taking a break? Smart.
You’re not a background character in someone else’s story—own your emotions. That’s real strength.

3. Stop Pleasing People

You don’t have to make everyone happy.
Say no when you mean no.
Set boundaries.
The people who truly care won’t need you to shrink yourself just to be loved.

4. Independence Builds Confidence

Learn to stand on your own.
Make your own choices.
Try, fall, get back up.
The more you rely on yourself, the stronger you’ll feel—trust me.

5. You’re Already Beautiful

Your reflection or social media doesn’t measure your worth likes.
Your laugh, your kindness, your weirdness—that’s your real glow.
Own it.

Final Thought

You don’t need to have life figured out.
You need to keep growing, keep learning, and give yourself grace.

One day, you’ll look back and say, “Wow, I made it through that.”
And that’s enough.

“I was going to write a proper introduction, but then I got distracted by a squirrel outside my window. So—Yuki. Nice to meet you!”

If I had to sum up my life so far, I’d say: not bad. Actually, pretty good. But also… kind of boring. And at times, deeply tragic.

It’s been a strange mix—moments of peace, stretches of monotony, and seasons of pain that I never saw coming.

But through it all, I’ve learned. Quietly, slowly, sometimes the hard way.

And now, I’m ready to share those lessons with you.

Starting today, I’ll be posting one blog a week, each one focused on a life lesson I’ve picked up along the way. These won’t be sugar-coated or picture-perfect. They’ll be honest, real, and sometimes raw. But always shared with the hope that they help you see your own life with a little more clarity, strength, and grace.

Because no matter how “boring” or “tragic” our stories may feel, there’s wisdom buried in every chapter.

So, here’s to the lessons life teaches us—whether we’re ready or not.

Let’s begin.

It starts from 17th June 2025 (12pm)
